Work with each Audiologist and other colleagues to deliver good service

Providing customers with information about their hearing aid(s), how to care for them, and wear them

Make minor adjustments to hearing aids.

Excellent communication skills

Ability to build relationships with patients and colleagues

Accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent record-keeping

Ability to plan, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines

Lead by example and promote new hearing solution technology

You will be a Hearing Care Assistant
