• Assisting customers in choosing the best frames and lenses to suit their needs

• Performing frame adjustments, fittings, and minor repairs

• Conducting pre-screening tests and supporting the optometrists

• Must have optical experience.

• Helping with team training and mentoring junior staff

• Managing appointments, stock control, and sales targets

• Ensuring the highest level of customer care and professionalism

• Previous experience as an Optical Assistant (senior or supervisory experience preferred)

• A passion for delivering excellent customer service

• Strong communication and leadership skills
