Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Optical Assistant, with the potential to lead into a management role. You will be responsible for assisting the Optical Manager in day-to-day operations, managing inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth workflow in the optical department. You will also help customers with frame selection, lens options, contact lenses etc.

• Prior experience working in an optical outlet

• Strong knowledge of eyewear products, lens options, and contact lenses

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise

• Proficiency in using optical equipment

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Team player
