We are recruiting a Practice Manager who will lead by example with a hands-on role with dispensing. This role involves overseeing the team, ensuring that targets are consistently met, and fostering a high standard of patient care. You'll actively participate in dispensing duties while providing guidance and support to junior staff.
Your clinical expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting issues and ensuring the team stays informed about the latest developments in the optical field. We welcome applicants with relevant experience, including supervisors, assistant managers, or senior optical advisors looking to step up into a management role.
