Practice Manager - Ripley

Ripley is a vibrant market town in the Amber Valley district of Derbyshire, England. Our client is seeking an experienced and driven practice manager looking to take the next step in their career! This is an excellent opportunity for an individual, passionate about overseeing operations, leading a team, and driving business success. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the daily functions of the practice while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with industry standards.

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

  • Manage and motivate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment to drive team performance and development.

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support business growth, attract new clients, and optimize internal processes.

  • Ensure the practice adheres to all industry regulations and company policies, maintaining full compliance at all times.

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and swift resolution of any issues.

  • Collaborate with senior management to set goals, track performance metrics, and support business planning efforts.

  • Proven experience in practice management or a related leadership role as supervisor, assistant manager, or senior optical assistant.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with staff, customers, and senior management.

  • A proactive, problem-solving approach to handling customer queries and operational challenges.

  • A solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
