We are looking for a highly motivated Practice Manager to join our team in Leicester. You will be responsible for managing the practice, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and leading a well-trained, motivated team.

Leicester has excellent road links, with the M1 motorway running nearby, providing easy access to major cities like London, Nottingham, and Sheffield. The A46 and A47 also connect Leicester to surrounding areas.
Leicester Railway Station is on the Midland Main Line, offering frequent services to London St Pancras (about 1 hour 15 minutes), Nottingham, Birmingham, and Sheffield. The station is centrally located, making it convenient for commuters and travellers.
The city has an extensive bus network run by Arriva and First Leicester, connecting various parts of Leicester and surrounding towns.

Working with the team to meet targets and improve patient care.

Handling daily administrative tasks, including team rotas and resource management.

Reporting directly to the Director, providing updates on practice performance, team development, and customer feedback.

Ensuring the practice complies with regulatory standards and policies.

Proven experience in managing a healthcare practice or a related customer service environment.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a team effectively.
