Practice Manager - Cheadle

As a Practice Manager focusing on both leadership and hands-on dispensing, your responsibilities will include overseeing the team and ensuring that targets are met, as well as actively participating in dispensing and providing support to junior staff.

Your clinical expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting issues and ensuring the team remains informed about the latest optical developments. 

Our client will also consider applicants with experience, such as supervisors, assistant managers or senior optical advisors experience.

  1. Team Leadership: Foster a positive work environment, encouraging collaboration and open communication.

  2. Training and Development: Organise regular training sessions for staff, focusing on new products, techniques, and industry updates.

  3. Dispensing Oversight: Lead by example in dispensing practices, ensuring accuracy and quality in patient care.

  4. Patient Interaction: Use your clinical experience to address patient concerns effectively and provide exceptional service.

  5. Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to enhance service delivery.

  6. Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any operational or dispensing issues that arise.

  7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and integrate best practices into the team’s workflow.
