As a Practice Manager with a focus on both leadership and hands-on dispensing. you will be responsible for overseeing the team and supporting them to ensure that targets are met, actively participating in dispensing and providing support to junior staff.
Your clinical expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting issues and ensuring the team remains informed about the latest optical developments.
Our client will also consider applicants with experience, such as supervisors, assistant managers or senior optical advisors experience.
