  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold professional standards

  •  Coach and guide assistants to drive effective selling behaviours and high customer engagement

  •  Communicate with patients to gather detailed case histories

  •  Conduct eye examinations in line with professional guidelines

  •  Use specialist equipment for diagnosis and testing

  •  Issue prescriptions for spectacles or contact lenses -

  • Fit and verify prescribed lenses to correct vision defects

  •  Provide advice, reassurance, and guidance to patients

  • Write referral communications to doctors as per legal guidelines -

  • Establish strong relationships with colleagues and clients through excellent communication -

  • Offer recommendations and make clinical decisions based on client needs

  •  Attention to detail

  •  GOC registration requirements 

  • Proof of work in the UK
