• Assist customers with frame selection and fittings

• Manage appointments and diary schedules

• Perform pre-screening tests

• Deliver excellent customer service and support

• Aid in eyewear selection and fittings

• Handle administrative tasks efficiently

• Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

•  Previous optical experience is essential

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Enthusiastic, charismatic, and positive attitude
