• Assisting customers with frame selection and fittings

• Managing appointments and diary schedules

• Conducting pre-screening tests

• Providing exceptional customer service and support

• Assisting with eyewear selection and fittings

• Efficiently handling administrative tasks

• Working independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Previous experience in optical roles 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Enthusiastic, charismatic, and positive attitude.
