Frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings to ensure customer satisfaction.
Offer advice on lenses, including contact lenses, and assist with related queries.
Perform pre-screening eye examinations as needed.
Handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone queries, and processing payments.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and needs with professionalism and care.
Maintain accurate customer records, prescriptions, and service details to ensure the best product recommendations.
