• Providing regulated dispensing support in-store 

• Sharing your expertise with the Optical team to deliver outstanding service 

• Offering expert advice and guidance to customers 

• Assisting customers in choosing the right eyewear

• Ensuring efficient operational processes and legal compliance 

• General Optical Council (GOC) registration 

• Expert advice on selecting eyewear

• Accurate measurement and fitting of lenses and frames

• High-level customer service and professionalism 

• Collaboration with the team to achieve business objectives 

• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills 

• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate customer records 

• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
