Optometrist - Reading

We are looking for a driven and skilled Optometrist to join our client’s team. In this role, you will play an essential part in a community-oriented practice that is dedicated to providing outstanding patient care.

  • Provide high-quality eye care, including comprehensive eye exams, prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses, and diagnosing eye conditions.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and treatment.

  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive, supportive environment for both staff and patients.

  • Deliver personalised recommendations based on patient needs and preferences, ensuring the right solutions are offered.

  • Stay up to date with the latest in clinical advancements and continuously develop your knowledge and skills.

  • Contribute to the growth of the practice by ensuring patient satisfaction, referrals, and retention.

  • Manage patient records and ensure compliance with all professional regulations and store policies.

  • You’ll need to be a GOC registered Optometrist.

  • Strong clinical judgment and a hands-on approach to patient care.

  • A passion for building rapport with patients and the team.

  • A desire to develop professionally, with ambitions for clinical excellence and leadership.

  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to the store's success.
