Optometrist - Bromyard

We are recruiting an Optometrist to join our client team in Bromyard. Are you an experienced Optometrist/Optician seeking a new opportunity?
The role entails conducting eye examinations and providing expert advice on visual problems.

Bromyard is a small market town in Herefordshire, England, nestled between the larger cities of Worcester and Hereford. It offers a peaceful, rural lifestyle with picturesque landscapes, a strong sense of community, and a slower pace of life.

  • Bromyard is situated on the A44, providing direct road links to Worcester (about 25 minutes) and Leominster (around 20 minutes).

  • From Hereford, it’s approximately a 30-minute drive via the A4103.

  • For longer journeys, the M5 motorway is accessible near Worcester, offering connections to Birmingham, Bristol, and beyond.

  • Bromyard does not have a train station, but nearby stations provide convenient access:

    • Leominster (10 miles away):

    • Worcester Foregate Street and Worcester Shrub Hill (15 miles away):

  • Local bus services connect Bromyard to surrounding towns and cities.

    • The 420 service links Bromyard to Worcester and Hereford.

    • Other local buses provide connections to smaller villages in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

  • Diagnosing and treating visual defects and ocular diseases.

  • Will consider part/full-time positions available

  • Advising and dispensing the most appropriate spectacles

  • Building rapport with patients and providing exceptional customer service

  • Working and supporting the wider team to ensure efficient and seamless operations.

  • You will be covering two practices in the area

  • Must be GOC registered or in the process of registering
