Optical Customer Services Advisor - Leicester

Our client is recruiting for a dedicated and professional Optical Customer Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients who need assistance with their spectacle-related issues. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, organizing home visits, and handling general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be a team player, and demonstrate exceptional customer service.

  • Answer calls, address inquiries and resolve issues related to spectacles and appointments.

  • Schedule home visits for clients who need assistance with their eyewear.

  • Provide administrative support, including managing client records, appointment bookings, and other clerical tasks.

  • Ensure a high standard of customer service, responding to all client needs with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operational flow and efficient service delivery.

  • Communicate clearly with clients to ensure all their concerns are handled promptly.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.

  • Team player with a positive attitude.

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or optical setting, is a plus.
