Our client is recruiting for a dedicated and professional Optical Customer Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients who need assistance with their spectacle-related issues. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, organizing home visits, and handling general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be a team player, and demonstrate exceptional customer service.

Answer calls, address inquiries and resolve issues related to spectacles and appointments.

Schedule home visits for clients who need assistance with their eyewear.

Provide administrative support, including managing client records, appointment bookings, and other clerical tasks.

Ensure a high standard of customer service, responding to all client needs with professionalism and courtesy.

Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operational flow and efficient service delivery.

Communicate clearly with clients to ensure all their concerns are handled promptly.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
