Our client is recruiting for an Optical Customer Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will be speaking with clients, helping with their spectacles, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience
The ideal candidate will have optical experience, strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in handling complaints effectively is essential.

Answer calls, address inquiries, and resolve issues related to spectacles and appointments.

Handle complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.

Provide administrative support, including managing client records and other clerical tasks.

Maintain a high standard of customer service, responding to client needs with professionalism and care.

Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operational flow and efficient service delivery.

Communicate with clients to address concerns promptly and effectively.

Optical experience is required,

Proven ability to handle complaints and resolve customer issues effectively.
