Optical Customer Advisor - Birmingham

Our client is recruiting for an Optical Customer Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will be speaking with clients, helping with their spectacles, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience

The ideal candidate will have optical experience, strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in handling complaints effectively is essential.

  • Answer calls, address inquiries, and resolve issues related to spectacles and appointments.

  • Handle complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Provide administrative support, including managing client records and other clerical tasks.

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, responding to client needs with professionalism and care.

  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operational flow and efficient service delivery.

  • Communicate with clients to address concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Optical experience is required,

  • Proven ability to handle complaints and resolve customer issues effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.

  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
