Our client is seeking an Optical Assistant who will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. Ideally, you should be capable of performing tasks such as dispensing spectacles and adjusting and conducting repairs. You will also be required to perform pre-screening eye exams and manage administrative tasks like scheduling appointments and answering customer queries on the phone.
