Optical Assistant - Royston

We are seeking an experienced Optical Assistant who is looking to become an Assistant Manager to join our Client's team and help ensure the smooth operation of the practice. In this role, you’ll lead by example, fostering a customer-first mindset while ensuring the team enjoys every day at work. You'll support the Practice Manager in delivering excellent service, meeting operational targets, and maintaining a collaborative, positive work environment.

Royston’s location on the Hertfordshire-Cambridgeshire border offers a great balance of small-town charm and excellent connectivity.   • A strong track record in team support and development.

  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
