We are seeking highly experienced Optical and Hearing Assistants to join a prestigious and expanding team, offering a unique opportunity to work across multiple locations and support diverse clinics, practice management, and dispensing services.

  • Provide expert optical and hearing care services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care across multiple clinics.

  • Adapt to a variety of clinical environments and challenges, delivering seamless support for specialist projects, long-term sickness cover, and training needs.

  • Collaborate with practice teams to maintain efficient operations and exceptional customer experiences.

  • Travel to various locations, working with diverse teams and patients, while maintaining flexibility and professionalism in a dynamic work environment.

  • You’ll need proven expertise in optical and/or hearing care, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new challenges and environments.

  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across multiple practices.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of team members and patients.

  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and patient care.
