Optical Assistant - Mobile - Leeds

We are seeking a highly experienced Optical Assistant to join a prestigious and expanding team, offering a unique opportunity to work across multiple locations and support diverse clinics, practice management, and dispensing services.

  • Greet clients with a warm welcome, either in person or over the phone, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.

  • Work closely with other team members to determine the best optical solutions for clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.

  • Focus on delivering exceptional service at every step of the client journey, from the initial consultation to follow-up care.

  • Handle appointments, manage patient records, and assist with the smooth running of the practice’s daily operations.

  • Assist clients in selecting eyewear, providing expert advice on frames, lenses, and contact lenses. Ensure all products meet client needs and preferences.

  • Build strong relationships with your team members, peers, and clients to ensure a positive, cooperative work environment.

  • Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring that products are available and well-maintained.
