As an Optical Assistant, you will be working with top-tier independent brands and Essilor lenses, providing exceptional service to our valued patients.

Assist patients with selecting eyewear from a wide range of premium and luxury frames

Perform pre-screening tests and assist with eye examinations

Support with frame adjustments, fittings, and repairs

Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every patient

Work in a single clinic, supporting a patient base primarily aged 30-60

Manage patient records accurately and efficiently

Collaborate with the team to maintain the smooth running of the practice

At least 1 year of optical experience

Strong customer service and communication skills
