We are recruiting for a customer-focused Optical Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping people, delivering excellent service, and working in a well-established optical practice.

• Assisting customers in selecting the right frames and lenses

• Performing frame adjustments, fittings, and minor repairs

• Conducting pre-screening tests and supporting the optometrists

• Handling appointments, phone queries, and payments

• Providing expert advice on optical products and services

• Optical Assistant 

• A customer service background with strong communication skills

• Optical experience is beneficial but not essential – full training provided

• A team player with attention to detail and a passion for helping people

• A proactive and positive attitude

• Work in a supportive and welcoming team environment
