We are seeking an Optical Assistant to join our client's team, providing support across their practices in Cheshire. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a professional and enjoyable environment where your development and wellbeing are prioritised.

• Deliver exceptional client care and service, ensuring a seamless journey for every client.

• Provide optical assistance, including frame adjustments, lens advice, and general support to clients.

• Cover multiple practice locations within the Cheshire area, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

• Support the team with administrative tasks, stock management, and appointment coordination.

• Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment and technology to assist in delivering high-quality care.

• Competitive salary (including a £3,000 car allowance).

• You’ll need previous experience in an optical environment

• A full, valid UK driving licence is required.

• Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to make clear recommendations and clinical decisions.

• A proactive and adaptable approach to working across multiple locations.
