We are actively recruiting for an exceptional Dispensing Optician to join our client’s expanding operational team. You will be involved in a mixture of branch support, alongside additional responsibilities that contribute to the learning and development of the practice teams.

  • Provide clinical cover across practices to ensure consistent and high-quality patient care.

  • Communicate between branches to maintain and improve clinical standards.

  • Induct new starters into the business, ensuring they are fully supported and integrated.

  • Conduct experience days as part of the interview process for new staff members, helping assess potential candidates.

  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create and develop modules for the online learning system.

  • Offer ongoing training and support to existing Dispensing Opticians, helping them grow in their roles.

  • Travel regularly to various locations within the team’s area, with a focus on meeting staff members and patients in different settings.

  • You’ll need a full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel up to 90 minutes from the base branch.

  • Passion for patient care and a commitment to maintaining high clinical standards.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and support teams across multiple locations.
