You will be key to upholding clinical standards, training new staff, and supporting existing team members across Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas.

Provide cover to practices within Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas, ensuring that clinical standards are consistently maintained across all locations.
Regularly travel between different practices, providing support to staff and patients while ensuring the delivery of top-tier optical care.
Assist patients in the selection of glasses, ensuring the correct frame and lens options are provided based on their prescription and lifestyle needs.
Ensure the accurate fitting of lenses and make frame adjustments and repairs as required to ensure optimal comfort and vision.
Advise patients on lens types, coatings, and frame styles, providing recommendations based on the latest trends and individual patient preferences.
Manage patient eyewear orders, ensuring specifications are accurate and tracking the order until completion.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient queries, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction with the final product.
Ensure that optical equipment and materials are kept in good working order, and stock levels of frames, lenses, and other optical products are consistently maintained.
Assist with vision tests and other clinical procedures as needed, ensuring that all patient information is recorded accurately and confidentially.
Full UK Driving Licence and comfortable commuting across Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and support both new and existing team members.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, mobile role with a variety of patient needs across multiple locations.
