Assist patients in selecting the appropriate frames, lenses, and optical products based on their needs and preferences.

Provide expert advice on lens options, coatings, and prescription requirements.

Ensure accurate fitting and adjustments of glasses to ensure comfort and proper vision.

Conduct pre-screening tests as required by the optometrist.

Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and professional environment.

Keep patient records updated and ensure confidentiality at all times.

Work closely with optometrists and other team members to ensure high-quality care.

Stay updated with the latest optical products, trends, and industry regulations.

You’ll need to be a Qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).

Excellent knowledge of optical products, lenses, and frame fitting techniques.
