In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring every patient enjoys a high-quality experience and receives exceptional care.

Dispense and fit spectacles to patients according to their prescriptions

Provide expert advice to patients on frame and lens options to suit their needs, lifestyle, and budget

Assist in managing and maintaining the optical equipment and ensuring the highest levels of clinical care

Ensure that all patient information and records are maintained accurately and confidentially

Collaborate with a close-knit team to create an excellent customer-focused environment

Provide pre-screening services to patients

Offer professional guidance on eye care and products, ensuring patients understand their choices

Stay up to date with the latest optical technologies and innovations

Participate in professional development opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge
