• Guide clients through the process of selecting stylish, independent eyewear that suits their visual needs and personal style.

• Ensure every client receives a 5-star, personalised experience, delivering outstanding customer service with professionalism and warmth.

• Stay updated on the latest eyewear trends, brands, and technologies to make knowledgeable recommendations.

• Handle orders, fittings, and repairs with precision and attention to detail, ensuring all eyewear meets our high-quality standards.

• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their preferences and ensure ongoing loyalty and satisfaction.

• Support other team members to create a positive, engaging work environment.

• You’ll need to be a Qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC.

• Passionate about eyewear and confident in recommending stylish, unique frames that align with our independent ethos.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• A proactive team player with a positive attitude, ready to contribute to our growing practice.
