We are currently seeking a  Dispensing Optician to join our client's company.  As a  Dispensing Optician, you will be providing a high level of customer care and expert advice to make a real difference to our customers and keep them coming back.

• Providing clinical support in store for regulated dispensing

• Inspiring the optical team by sharing your knowledge to offer the best service.

• Listening, to the needs of customers and offering expertise and advice. 

• Helping our customers choose the correct eyewear

• Providing expert knowledge for patients with more specialist requirements. What you’ll need to have

• Registered with the General Optical Council (GOC)

• Accurate measurement and fitting of lenses and frames

• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism  

• Great communication and rapport-building 

• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate customer records, prescriptions

• The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations 

• Confidence, passion, drive and enthusiasm

• Stay informed about the latest products, trends
