You will be a key part of ensuring clinical standards are met, offering training, and supporting new and existing staff members.

Provide cover to practices within Basingstoke and surrounding areas, ensuring clinical standards are upheld.
Travel between practices, meeting staff and patients, and supporting the delivery of high-quality optical care.
Assist patients with the selection of glasses, ensuring correct frame and lens options based on their prescription and lifestyle needs.
Ensure accurate lens fitting, providing frame adjustments and repairs as necessary to ensure optimal comfort and vision.
Advise patients on lens types, coatings, and frame styles, offering recommendations based on current trends and patient preferences.
Manage patient orders for eyewear, ensuring accurate specifications are submitted and tracking orders until completion.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient queries, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction with the final product.
Keep optical equipment and materials in good working order and ensure stock levels of frames, lenses, and other optical products are maintained.
Assist with vision tests and other clinical procedures as needed, ensuring all patient information is recorded accurately and confidentially.
Full UK Driving Licence and comfortable commuting from the base branch in Basingstoke.
Ability to meet the diverse needs of staff members and patients in different locations.
Experience in Dispensing Optics and comfortable providing clinical support across multiple branches.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and support new and existing team members.
