We have a fantastic opportunity for a Practice Manager to join our clinet's independent optical practice in Nottingham. As an integral member of the team, you will enjoy a great working environment that is fun, open, and committed to supporting your professional development.

  • Coaching, mentoring, and training the dispensing team and optical assistants

  • A strong communicator with excellent listening skills, able to build strong relationships with both clients and the team

  • Fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC

  • Leadership or management experience preferred 

  • Commitment to learning and development

  • Strong supervisory and management skills 

  • Loyalty and motivation 

  • A caring, team-oriented attitude 

  • Interest in eyewear trends and brands

  • Quality dispensing and excellent customer service

  • Handling complex patient queries

  • Focusing on clinical excellence

  • Leading, training, and developing the team

  • Managing day-to-day operations smoothly -
