Dispensing Manager - Bristol

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Dispensing Optician Manager to join our excellent team in Bristol. You will be a vital part of the practice, ensuring they continue to provide great customer service while fostering a positive and motivated work environment.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and train the team to ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Uphold a standard of customer service, ensuring every client receives a warm welcome and professional support.

  • Communication: Utilise excellent communication and listening skills to build strong relationships with your team and clients, understanding their needs and addressing concerns.

  • Practice Management: Oversee daily operations, including managing schedules, and inventory, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.:

  • Proven experience as a Dispensing Optician, Assistant Dispensing Manager or similar role.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A passion for providing outstanding customer care.

  • GOC registration and relevant qualifications in optics.

  • Prrof to work in the UK
