As a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD), you will play a key role in improving the lives of customers by helping them rediscover the joy of sound. Your expertise and commitment will make a real difference, and you’ll be part of a supportive team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care.

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and provide expert advice on hearing solutions tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

  • Ensure the accurate fitting and maintenance of hearing aids, offering technical advice and ensuring that patients are comfortable with their devices.

  • Provide follow-up consultations, including adjustments to hearing aids and providing guidance to patients on their use and maintenance.

  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your clinical skills and maintain your HCPC registration.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, building trust and relationships with patients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their hearing journey.
