Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser - Truro

We are seeking a passionate Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist to provide life-changing hearing healthcare to patients in and around Truro. This position involves visiting patients in their homes and working at visiting sites to deliver exceptional service.

Located in the heart of Cornwall, Truro is a vibrant city known for its stunning cathedral, historic charm, and proximity to some of the UK's most picturesque coastal landscapes, offering a unique blend of urban amenities and natural beauty.

Truro boasts excellent transport links, with a well-connected railway station on the mainline between London Paddington and Penzance, frequent bus services across Cornwall, and easy access to major roads like the A30, making it an ideal hub for travel within the region and beyond.

Utilise the latest technology to conduct comprehensive hearing tests in line with HCPC standards and BSHAA guidelines.
Offer professional advice and sell suitable hearing solutions tailored to patients’ needs, adhering to all regulatory standards.
Manage administrative tasks such as processing orders efficiently and in accordance with company requirements.
Provide outstanding aftersales care by responding promptly to service calls, resolving patient concerns, and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
You’ll need to be an HCPC-registered Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser.
You must hold a Full UK driving licence.
Strong customer service skills and a natural aptitude for sales.
Eligibility to work within the UK
