Conducting thorough hearing assessments to identify patients’ needs and provide personalised hearing solutions.

Dispensing and fitting hearing aids, ensuring optimal fitting and comfort for each patient.

Providing detailed aftercare, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and ongoing support for patients' hearing aids.

Performing wax removal procedures as necessary.

Managing and prioritising a busy caseload, ensuring all appointments are attended to promptly.

Delivering high levels of customer service, offering clear advice and guidance to patients on hearing care and maintenance.

Maintaining up-to-date records in line with professional standards and practice.

Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in hearing care and technology to deliver the best possible solutions to patients.
