• Conducting professional hearing tests and recommending suitable solutions

• Managing administrative tasks and order processing efficiently

• Delivering exceptional after-sales service to resolve queries promptly

• Providing audiological testing services to patients within the comfort of their homes

• Managing a daily schedule of adults with hearing loss

• Providing structured aftercare programs and appropriate support for individuals with hearing loss 

• Ensuring the maintenance of test equipment and adhering to infection control 

• Must be HCPC registered

• Good communication skills 

• Confidence in driving and navigating multiple locations
