  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of optical and hearing clinics to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Lead and support your team, ensuring high standards of patient care and staff performance.

  • Manage and organise team schedules, including rota planning.

  • Collaborate with Area and Regional Managers, receiving continuous support and guidance.

  • Ensure transparency with the team regarding clinic budgets and business goals.

  • Prioritize effectively and lead by example to foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • Previous experience as a Senior Optical Assistant, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager.

  • A proactive approach, with the ability to make decisions independently and contribute to business growth.
