Are you an experienced Assistant Dispensing Manager, looking to take the next step to become a Dispensing Manager? Our client is recruiting for a Dispensing Manager to join our team in Bristol. You will be a vital part of their practice, ensuring they continue to deliver exceptional customer service while fostering a positive and motivated work environment.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and train the team to ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensuring all clients receive a warm welcome and professional support.

  • Communication: Utilise excellent communication and listening skills and build strong relationships with the team and clients, understanding their needs and addressing concerns.

  • Practice Management: Oversee daily operations, including managing schedules, and inventory, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Proven experience as a Dispensing Optician Manager or similar role.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A passion for providing outstanding customer care.

  • GOC registration and relevant qualifications in optics.
